Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 developers, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Drive architecture design and technical strategy for scalable, secure applications
- Provide hands-on involvement in coding, code reviews, and complex problem-solving
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, standards, and governance
- Guide modernization initiatives and technology decisions
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a technical lead/architect in enterprise environments
- Expertise in application architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
- Hands-on coding experience (preferably Java, C#, or Python)
- Proven ability to lead and manage large engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking/financial services
- Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
