About the role

The Senior Technical Engineering Program Manager will lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives, build planning frameworks, and drive measurable business impact within Adobe's Unified Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams on complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Frame options and drive convergence on problems with no defined resolution path
  • Build the planning framework, dependency model, and integrated schedule; negotiate commitments and drive strategic trade-offs
  • Anticipate strategic and cross-team risks; prioritize and mitigate before they become crises
  • Build leading/lagging indicators and use data to drive decisions and verify corrective actions
  • Drive repeatable process improvements and measure their impact
  • Manage multiple competing projects with minimal direction, connecting strategy to execution
  • Resolve conflict across teams, tailor communication to senior leaders, and hold owners accountable
  • Use technical depth to influence cross-team roadmaps and foresee implementation challenges
  • Fill execution gaps and create clarity where ownership or decision paths are weak
  • Advises directors and senior leaders, framing choices and recommendations for action
  • Mentor less-experienced Program Managers and actively engage in the Program Management community

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6–10 years of program management experience in cloud or data platform environments
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as modeling, governance, quality, and lineage
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Prowess in owning cross-team decisions and driving alignment with senior stakeholders under ambiguity
  • Strong data fluency and experience mentoring other program managers

  • Expected Pay Range: $124,300 -- $234,600 annually
