Senior Technical Engagements & Knowledge Management Lead

About the role

Vantor is seeking a Technical Engagements Coordinator to support a critical mission. The ideal candidate will oversee strategy knowledge management, content coordination, FVEY engagement coordination, and executive support to the Customer Co-Lead for a JHTS program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program's FVEY space, posting the latest information and materials.
• Develop and maintain documents for all other partners, working closely with their graphics teams.
• Compile the program's FVEY Project Catalogue and update it annually.
• Coordinate and host two events annually.
• Organize periodic FVEY meetings as requested by the programs Co-Leads.
• Manage travel arrangements for the Customer Co-Lead and travel to support all necessary off-site engagements (primarily in the NCR).
• Manage the Customer Co-Lead's calendar, collaborating closely with mission partner program Co-Leads.
• Manage all travel arrangements for the Customer Co-Lead – including local, national, and international travel, arranging visitor requests, and any necessary international requirements/approvals.

Qualifications

• Develops and enhances collaborative, positive partnerships with IC/DoW leadership to drive efforts to identify/create strategies to address needs, challenges, or to advance corporate goals.
• Independently anticipates, sets, and meets priorities and achieves results that support Agency objectives and strategies.
• Collaborates across IC and DoW on cross-agency initiatives.
• Proactively works to ensure a continuous transfer of knowledge and skills across the IC by serving as a resource and/or initiating and overseeing cross-IC collaboration, particularly on JHTS and FVEY events.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in administration and maintenance of Confluence pages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience working with the U.S. Commands.

Pay & Benefits

Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $118,000.00 - $157,000.00 - $172,700.00 annually. For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
