What You’ll Do
- Lead technical strategy: Set direction and standards across complex, high-risk projects and initiatives.
- Guide quality and risk decisions: Provide senior-level oversight and peer review that supports quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve complex challenges: Bring clarity to ambiguity, evaluate technical risk, and help teams move critical decisions forward.
- Advance innovation: Champion improved methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies that strengthen delivery and long-term practice growth.
- Support major pursuits: Advise on technical approach, delivery strategy, and risk considerations for priority opportunities.
- Build technical leadership capacity: Mentor Technical Directors, senior engineers, and future leaders while representing Kennedy Jenks in industry and client forums.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of progressive technical experience in an engineering discipline.
- Project background: Demonstrated record leading complex, high-risk projects or initiatives.
- Licenses: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Pay
Salary range for this position is anticipated to be $200,000 to $250,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
