About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead and drive the successful delivery of large-scale software and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, Agile program leadership, and stakeholder management to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate has a solid background in software engineering, Agile delivery, product execution, and enterprise-scale program management. You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Lead multiple Agile teams and delivery streams simultaneously.
- Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through deployment and post-release support.
- Establish project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
- Provide executive-level reporting, delivery metrics, and status updates.
- Ensure alignment across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams.
