About Your Role
As a Senior Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering integrations for large enterprise clients, providing a seamless omni-channel experience for their customers. You will maintain acceptable levels of service delivery for clients, including direct client communication. This team, DDP Digital Payouts, provides disbursement solutions for Enterprise, Government, ISV, Gaming, and other verticals. You must have off-hours availability from time to time for supporting production handover and client field testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead all technical aspects of solution delivery for enterprise-scale clients, primarily consisting of:
- Leading from the requirements phase onwards on projects
- Managing all implementation aspects of large-scale projects
- Partnering with Engineering to design high-quality, high-performance solutions that address business needs
- Planning, building, and configuring solutions within specified timelines
- Drive efficiencies in execution processes
- Ensure adherence to established standards and consult with senior managers on technology solutions
- Own assigning of resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables
- Review system test plans and results to ensure comprehensive quality delivery
- Address all reported defects in a timely fashion
- Coordinate production handover
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, global product-specific guidelines, and usability design standards
- Develop understanding and encourage team's engineering innovation and improvement (engineering practices, DevOps, etc.)
- Drive process automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve delivery efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate / JPA
- 6+ years of experience in Relational Databases, RESTful and Web services, as well as Linux
- 6+ years of experience in cloud technologies, specifically Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and container architectures
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered tools to enhance manual processes and streamline time-based outcomes, particularly from complex data where ideation drove innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Experience in the payments or financial domain (preferred)

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday
- Due to contractual obligations, you must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered for this role
