Operating with a distributed team across the US, UK, and Pakistan, StrataBlue focuses on high-impact orchestration and voice infrastructure to automate and scale business operations through intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI orchestration and voice infrastructure projects.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution, managing distributed engineering teams.
• Write detailed technical specifications and manage offshore/distributed vendors directly to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Perform hands-on code and diff reviews, settling technical disputes with engineering judgment rather than escalating issues.
• Reject padded estimates and hold vendors accountable for billing and quality, ensuring progress is measured by working software shipped.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience (Node/Python) before transitioning into a technical delivery leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing offshore vendors and navigating difficult conversations regarding billing, quality, or timeline estimates.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a preference for async accountability and the ability to work in Central or EST timezones.

• Deep technical focus involving cutting-edge stacks like n8n orchestration, voice infrastructure (Retell/Trillet), and MCP servers on Linux VPS.
