About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

You'll lead improvements and enable our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.

Requirements

  • 4+ years technical integrations experience
  • Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Basic qualifications: Certified or ability to certify in Workday Integrations, Industry/Product knowledge of HR Tech Industry, Team player with self-management skills, strong decision making, adept at executing projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time, Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation

Benefits

Workday offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Annualized base salary ranging from $117,000 USD to $175,400 USD
  • Opportunity for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus
  • Annual refresh stock grants

Pay

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Schedule

We believe in flexible work arrangements that combine the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
