Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Multiple years of relevant experience in export control, classification, licensing, technical compliance, or related international trade compliance work.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting classification and licensing reviews in a multinational business, ideally in the technology, semiconductor, advanced computing, cloud, data center, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Strong technical fluency and ability to understand product architecture, hardware and software concepts, technical specifications, compute-related infrastructure, and technology use cases relevant to export control analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, procurement, supply chain, or related stakeholders on compliance reviews and technical issue-spotting.
  • Ability to analyze complex facts, apply regulatory requirements in a practical way, and communicate clear, actionable guidance to non-legal stakeholders.
