Senior Technical Compliance Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to join a growing client in the cybersecurity and product certification industry in the United States. This role is fully remote and ideal for an experienced technical leader with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, certification programs, and leading high-performing teams within complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of Certification Engineers, Technical Research & Documentation Specialists, and Compliance professionals supporting global certification initiatives.
• Oversee product compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, certification frameworks, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to establish compliance strategies and drive organizational objectives.
• Manage resource allocation, project priorities, team performance, and process improvements to support successful certification outcomes.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters while supporting audits, assessments, and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of technical leadership experience within compliance, certification, regulatory affairs, cybersecurity, or related technical environments.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams consisting of engineers, compliance specialists, and technical documentation professionals.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, certification processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Pay

$130,000 - $170,000 annually
