Senior Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes and AWS EKS professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for provisioning, hardening, and operating AWS EKS clusters in FIPS-compliant environments. Your work will directly support the deployment of microservices, web UIs, and third-party applications across non-production and production environments through CI/CD pipelines. You will also manage the observability stack, enforce security controls, and maintain self-hosted Terraform Enterprise planes on EKS.

Responsibilities

• Provision, harden, and operate AWS EKS clusters using IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts) in FIPS-compliant setups
• Deploy microservices, web UIs, and third-party software (Cequence, BriteBill, TAG) to non-production and production environments via CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes observability stack including Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, and integrate with AWS CloudWatch
• Implement and maintain EKS security controls including NetworkPolicies, Pod Security Standards, container image registry mirroring, and runtime security
• Run self-hosted Terraform Enterprise (TFE) planes on EKS

Requirements

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS)
• Proven experience with AWS EKS administration, including provisioning, hardening, and operations
• Hands-on experience with IRSA (IAM Roles for Service Accounts) in FIPS-compliant environments
• Experience deploying containerized applications through CI/CD pipelines
• Strong background in Kubernetes security: NetworkPolicies, Pod Security Standards, container image registry mirroring, and runtime security
• Experience deploying and managing Prometheus, Grafana, Fluent Bit, and AWS CloudWatch integration
• Experience running self-hosted Terraform Enterprise (TFE) planes on EKS
