Company Overview: A leading wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager/Director to join their team, providing high-quality tax compliance and consulting services. Job Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality tax compliance and consulting services.Manage and review complex individual, fiduciary, not-for-profit, and entity tax filings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to professional standards.Oversee preparation of detailed work papers, data processing, and conversion of information into reviewable work products.Conduct and supervise research on complex tax issues, translating findings into actionable tax planning strategies for clients.Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and technical support to promote professional development and service excellence.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated family office services and coordinated wealth management support.Identify tax planning opportunities and assist in developing long-term strategies aligned with client goals.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and recommend adjustments in client planning or compliance strategy where appropriate.Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and client reporting.Foster a collaborative, professional, and team-oriented work environment that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning. Qualifications: CPA designation required.Experience in managing and reviewing individual and entity tax filings.
