Responsibilities
- Provide compliance and consulting services to BT principals
- Perform technical reviews of complex individual tax returns and all supporting documentation
- Build technical competence by applying new developments to complex situations
- Support a workload of approximately 80–85 principal engagements
- Invest in your professional development through individual efforts and participation in firmwide learning and development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, or a related business field
- CPA or EA strongly preferred; CPA eligibility required
- Two or more years of experience providing federal tax compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals
- Experience with multistate individual tax compliance, including knowledge of composite returns, withholding, and pass-through entity taxation
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess, PDFlyer, and Microsoft Office Suite
