Senior Tax Associate, Financial Services
About the role
This role is in the compliance practice and involves assisting on large projects requiring strong technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Support tax consulting and compliance services
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships and investment vehicles
- Absorb and analyze financial products, transaction tax implications, and partnership allocations
- Contribute to tax research, technical memos, and client deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, accurate work while gaining exposure to complex financial products
- Participate in engagement planning, workflow management, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s or advanced tax degree preferred)
- CPA or progress toward CPA
- 2–4 years of relevant tax experience, preferably within financial services
- Foundational understanding of partnership taxation and flow-through structures
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Interest in developing expertise around financial products and investment entities

Pay
The disclosed range for this role is $72,700.00 - $144,000.00 per year. This range is based on the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.
