Senior Tax Accountant (Hybrid Remote)

Engagements

• Absorb and assist in supervising engagements wherever possible
• Delegate tasks to staff members and communicate these delegations to the engagement supervisor
• Acquire skills to build quality client relationships and loyalty
• Prepare more complex tax returns, including international tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, fiduciaries, non-profits, and retirement plans
• Review and provide feedback on basic tax returns and extensions
• Become proficient in preparing Canadian-related tax returns, both for individuals and businesses
• Train and supervise junior staff accountants in tax preparation

Pay

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
