For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of selection and assessment programs for hiring
- Lead execution of cross-functional programs with various HR Centers of Excellence
- Build scalable interviewer enablement programs to enhance candidate evaluation
- Drive change management for new selection programs to ensure alignment across teams
- Partner with People Analytics to define and analyze success metrics for programs
- Research and pilot new assessment tools and techniques to improve evaluation methods
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or related consulting roles
- Proven track record in managing multiple cross-functional programs from concept to execution
- Experience in building or redesigning structured interview processes at a tech company
- Fluency in data analysis to measure program effectiveness and KPIs
- Background in industrial-organizational psychology or psychometrics is preferred
- Experience using generative AI responsibly in HR processes

Pay
$166,345 – $195,700 annually
