Rippling is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Program Manager, Talent Management to lead and scale critical HR initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and talent health across 6,000 employees in 40+ countries around the world. What You Will Do

  • Partner with VP of HR & VP of HR Business Partnering to design and implement global talent management initiatives that drive organizational development, engagement, and performance.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks in support of maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders on talent effectiveness strategies and initiatives.
  • Enable talent health insights and initiatives to inform workforce strategy and decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to track talent health such as demographics, engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the tools and systems that support performance, engagement, and talent health.
  • Partner closely with users and stakeholders to ensure usability and efficacy.
  • Champion automation and technology improvements for scalable, data-driven HR processes that work harmoniously with our product.

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in core areas such as People Analytics, Program Management, HR Tech; Consulting
  • Experience in high-growth, tech-oriented environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven strong background in people data and analytics tools
  • Sound knowledge of HR as a discipline including full cycle Talent Management
  • Exceptional Program Management and Project Management skills with a proven track record leading cross-functional HR initiatives at scale.
  • Proficiency with modern HR tech stacks (e.g., HRIS, performance tools).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication across a highly cross functional matrixed organization;
  • Seamless executive presence and stakeholder management.

This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is: 160,000 - 240,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office and NYC) 144,000 - 216,000 USD per year (Austin, Chicago and Seattle)
