Senior Talent Producer

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Talent Producer to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will help drive guest booking strategy and talent development for sports and entertainment programming. The Senior Talent Producer will work across editorial, production, and stakeholder relationships to surface compelling guests, shape content ideas, and support coverage needs in a fast-paced environment. This position also requires strong relationship management with high-profile talent and the ability to guide junior team members while keeping plans aligned across functions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch and secure appropriate guests and content ideas
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members
• Manage relationships with athletes, coaches, and celebrities for bookings
• Identify suitable guests for different shows and platforms
• Develop strong internal relationships across functions
• Maintain relationships with guests and their representatives to support effective cooperation
• Keep an updated database of industry contacts and talent
• Contribute story ideas during editorial meetings
• Collaborate with production teams to forecast guest needs
• Provide on-site support for guest bookings and events
• Be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Pay

Compensation: $100,100 – $134,200 annually
