Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a role-relevant field or equivalent experience required. 2–4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or a related field. Experience in financial services preferred. Experience supporting leadership development and/or talent programs preferred. Experience using data or metrics to inform decisions preferred.
