For more information, please visit www.verathon.com. Verathon® is looking for a Senior Talent Development Manager to join our Talent Management team in Bothell, WA. This is a high-impact role for an experienced talent leader who will design, own, and continuously improve the systems that help Verathon employees and leaders grow — from new hire onboarding and core manager training, through career development and performance management, to AI-driven upskilling. Reporting to the VP, People, this role partners closely with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders across the company to build a thoughtful, metric-driven development ecosystem that strengthens capability, performance, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities
- New Employee Experience: Own and continuously evolve New Hire Orientation and the onboarding/immersion experience, ensuring new employees feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success from day one. Partner with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders to identify gaps in the onboarding journey and recommend improvements grounded in feedback and data.
