About the Role
We're hiring our first Senior Manager, Talent Development to help define how Cohere develops managers, leaders, and talent as we scale. Our ambition is to build a People function known for exceptional managers, outstanding leadership, and organizational capability that becomes a genuine competitive advantage.
This role begins as a senior individual contributor with significant influence across the business. As Cohere grows, we expect the Talent Development function to expand, creating opportunities to build and lead a team over time.
