Responsibilities
- Source candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Select new employees and employees wishing to transfer to various departments and facilities within the Piedmont Healthcare System.
- Participate as part of the talent acquisition team to fill open positions.
- Create pipelines of talent and identify creative sources of qualified applicants to meet business needs.
- Play a significant role in onboarding new employees.
- Coach and mentor Consultants and Hiring Coordinators.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by participating in strategic sessions with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and entity leaders.
Requirements
- Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, social sciences, or a closely related field.
- Required or In Lieu of degree: Six (6) years of relevant work experience in addition to the experience requirement.
- Work Experience:
- Required: 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Required or In Lieu of degree: A total of nine (9) years of experience.
- Preferred: Experience with iCIMS and PeopleSoft.
- Preferred: Experience as a corporate recruiter.
- Preferred: HR experience in a healthcare organization.
