Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to Senior-level positions across North America.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies using internal and external talent pools.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and provide market insights.
- Deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners, Compensation, and Global Mobility teams.
- Maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Stay current on industry and talent market trends.
- Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring practices.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Talent acquisition experience within a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Proven success recruiting mid- to Senior-level talent.
- Experience supporting Product, Strategy, Technology, Payments, or related functions.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing capabilities.
- Experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin, and blockchain roles or the ability to do so effectively.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms; Workday experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within crypto, stablecoin, or blockchain environments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools.
- Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong Workday ATS experience preferred.
- Ability to contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Pay and Schedule
This is a Contract position based out of Purchase, NY. Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Standard hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 35-hour work week and no regular overtime.
