Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Architecture / Buildings)

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for Architecture / Buildings talent
• Deliver a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates
• Execute customized recruitment strategies amidst complex needs
• Create detailed job postings and provide candidate information
• Document skilled candidate interactions in the Application Tracking System
• Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for specialized Architecture projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of employment legislation and trends
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a servant leadership attitude
• Experience with global recruitment dynamics
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Pay

$101,200 – $126,500 annually
