The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Sam’s Club Field Management is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on aligning talent strategies with business outcomes across Sam’s Club Field Operations.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.
Skills
- Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Retail Management Experience: Experience in recruiting for retail management roles, with a deep understanding of the retail industry's unique challenges and needs.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
