About the Role

Provides employment and recruitment services for exempt and non-exempt positions to attract and retain the most qualified and productive employees. Builds partnerships with management across assigned departments to recruit top talent. Develops and implements recruiting strategies from both tactical and strategic perspectives. Utilizes the applicant tracking system to perform recruitment functions and leverages analytical techniques to resolve problems and demonstrate benefits to strategies. Acts as a lead consultant on healthcare recruiting trends, business intelligence, and recruiting activities. This is a hybrid onsite/remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Partner with management to identify and attract qualified talent at all organizational levels.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools (e.g., Workday) for recruitment functions.
  • Analyze recruiting trends and provide consultative guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Manage high-volume recruiting for positions across the organization.
  • Present new recruiting concepts to leadership and adapt strategies based on business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with affirmative action documentation and employment law where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent education and relevant work experience may be considered.
  • One to two years of human resources experience; corporate or agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of high-volume recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Minimum of one year of healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Staffing agency and RPO experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and online/Internet recruiting.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with unionized environments is beneficial.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to critically analyze technical information and develop strategic solutions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Professional presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Process-oriented yet flexible to adapt to business needs.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with sound judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while thinking strategically and creatively.

Pay

Compensation range: $78,000–$113,000. Final offers consider education, experience, skills, certifications, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Geographic location may adjust the range.
