Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

In this role, you will provide full life-cycle recruiting for multiple disciplines. You will develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria in an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring need and develop specific recruiting strategies.
• Manage a high volume of openings while utilizing innovative sourcing channels to find top talent (social media, resume mining, diversity resources, networking, etc.).
• Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements.
• Proactively source passive candidates utilizing tools and AI.
• Understand affirmative action plans and the impact on the recruiting process.
• Effectively coach hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
• Utilize Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify potential candidates.
• Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.
• Develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry, and current market dynamics.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment required.
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Pay

The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Geographic factors may adjust the range, and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
