About the role

We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in our Phoenix office. This role plays an integral part in executing the organization’s recruitment strategy, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, and utilize various methods to attract top talent while championing employer branding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of talent.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics to enhance recruitment processes.
  • Foster a strong candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior talent acquisition teammates.
  • Leverage data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and drive strategic impact.
  • Follow SOPs that support fair, equitable, and consistent hiring practices.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to hiring and employment practices.
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Base compensation: $80,000–$115,000 (actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location).
