Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This remote position is open to US‑based candidates only (no visa sponsorship). The role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to shape talent acquisition strategy across the Americas region, focusing on recruiting effectiveness, governance, and data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition strategy and operational excellence across the Americas region.
• Analyze data to inform hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting practices and governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on talent‑related matters.
• Develop and implement new talent acquisition methodologies to fit business needs.
• Create and present regular reports using business intelligence tools.
• Partner with business leaders to manage external recruiting vendors and agency relationships.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 6+ years of in‑house or RPO talent acquisition experience in complex organizations.
• Experience with recruitment technology solutions and ATS; Workday preferred.
• Bilingual communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization.
• Proven track record leading talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.
