Senior Tableau Developer (W2 Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Tableau Development & Visualization Design
• Develop, maintain, and design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Creator to support business decision-making.
• Create insightful and visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate trends and key insights.
• Data Flow & Preparation
• Create and deploy efficient data flows using Tableau Prep, ensuring data is cleansed, transformed, and prepared for analysis.
• Automate and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Research
• Perform in-depth data analysis and research to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
• Programming & Database Management (Preferred)
• Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and automation to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Develop scripts and queries for data processing and integration with Tableau.
• Geospatial Analysis (Preferred)
• Apply geospatial analysis tools such as ESRI to integrate and visualize location-based data when required.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Document data models, dashboards, and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
