Senior Systems Test Engineer

Location: Plano, Texas (465 Independence Pkwy). Role type: Onsite. U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable DoD Top Secret security clearance are required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate radar test equipment and assist in system test execution to ensure the system meets specifications.
• Work closely with the team and leadership.
• Communicate daily with the test team and other engineers associated with test.
• Maintain a systems‑level perspective while supporting integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Analyze system problems and communicate issues to the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
• Active and transferable DoD Top Secret security clearance (required prior to start date).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift to meet program requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in STEM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of radar systems operation.
• Experience in scripting on Linux or UNIX.

Pay

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD (estimate based on experience level and other factors).

Schedule

Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift as required by the program.
