Senior Systems Test Engineer
About the role
As a Systems Test Engineer at 10Beauty, you will play a foundational role in ensuring our systems perform reliably at scale in the real world. This is a high-impact opportunity to ensure the reliability and performance of a cutting-edge robotic product operating in real-world environments. You will work cross-functionally across engineering and operations teams to validate complex systems before they reach the field, helping shape the quality standards and testing infrastructure of a rapidly scaling, next generation robotics company!
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute system-level test plans for robotic hardware, embedded software, cloud services, and connected applications
- Validate functionality, reliability, performance, and stability across integrated robotic systems
- Perform regression, integration, functional, stress, and end-to-end testing across hardware and software environments
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track system-level defects and reliability issues
- Collaborate closely with software, embedded, electrical, mechanical, and product engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
- Build and improve test processes, tooling, and automation infrastructure where applicable
- Support hardware bring-up, field validation, and production testing efforts
- Analyze logs, telemetry, and system behavior to diagnose root causes of failures
- Help define quality standards, test coverage requirements, and release readiness criteria
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across deployed systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems testing, integration testing, validation engineering, QA engineering, or related technical roles
- Experience testing complex hardware/software integrated systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across software, hardware, networking, and embedded environments
- Familiarity with test methodologies including regression, integration, functional, and performance testing
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, system diagrams, and engineering documentation

Skills
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as JUnit, PyTest, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration
- Knowledge of test planning, test design, and test execution methodologies
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems
