Senior Systems Technician (Electronic)

Experience

• Maintain and enhance in-house cable TV infrastructure
• Possess relevant AV experience in regards to projectors, video relay, broadcast and design
• Technical aptitude toward AV systems, video conferencing, computer technology as well as networking, wireless, data cabling standards
• Organizational and planning skills to orchestrate setups of weekly events in client’s conference rooms or offsite
• Low voltage cabling installation
• Experience with digital AV installation and maintenance
• Training customers on the use of systems that we install
• Experience in commercial AV installations
• Experience installing and/or configuring Polycom and/or Tandberg videoconferencing products.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools for installs
• Good mechanical/fabrication and soldering skills are a plus
• Able to accurately read wiring diagrams
• Communication skills (written and verbal) and proven face-to-face customer support skills and the ability to multi-task several different projects or issues
