Duties And Responsibilities
- Support project for 4,100 Branches, 65,000 desktops / tablets, 200,000 various peripherals
- Tier 3 production support tickets
- Answering vendor pages from techs installing or doing break/fix work
- Light AD Administration / Fulfilling QA Tester Requests
- Issue trending, root cause resolution
- Conducting unit-level testing on new hardware and software updates
- Author simple to intermediate-level fix scripts
- Provide support to vendor technicians
- Analyzing workstation logs and working with the development team on issues
- Implement complex / advanced automated solutions
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in a Tier 2 / Tier 3 production support role remotely troubleshooting Windows 10 / 11 based devices (workstations, laptops, tablets) and/or printers/peripherals in a large networked environment
- 3+ years of experience with MS Configuration Manager
- 2+ years of experience with MS Intune
- Minimum 2+ years of basic Active Directory administration
- Working knowledge of remote desktop support/administration tools such as: RDP, SCCM, remote registry editor, Sysinternals tools such as psexec / pskill / psloggedon / procmon / process explorer)
- 2+ years of desktop administration, engineering, scripting (PowerShell, Batch Files, etc.)
Pay
The rate for this position is between $34.28 - $45.70 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher.
