About the role
The position will be worked both onsite and remote in Phoenix, AZ. Our direct client has an opening for a Senior Systems Network Engineer (rec 89816). This is a 12-month contract starting in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- VMware administration
- PowerShell Scripting and system automation
- Microsoft Windows Server operating system administration and troubleshooting
- HP blade server design and build
- Data center operations in a medium/large, highly available enterprise environment
- Leading IT projects
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science
- Equivalent work experience
- Preferred certifications: MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, VCIX, AWS-CSA, CompTIA Cloud
Preferred Skills
- Expert (5 years): PowerShell scripting, AWS scripting
- TCP/IP design and troubleshooting skills in a large, multi-subnet environment
