Responsibilities
- Aid in facilitating integration between internal and external systems.
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Coordinate with technical point of contacts (POCs) to enhance cross-team communication.
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to assess progress or status.
- Evaluate how decisions may influence the schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing.
Requirements
- US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM.
- 7+ years of experience.
- MDA (or DoW) Experience.
- Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience with systems integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.).
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders.
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards.
