Senior Systems Integration Engineer

About the role

The Senior Systems Integration Engineer will be responsible for a broad range of engineering tasks supporting the development, testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment of advanced systems for U.S. Military platforms and mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a broad range of engineering tasks supporting the development, testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment of advanced systems for U.S. Military platforms and mission systems.
• Develop and validate system requirements, ensuring hardware and software components integrate seamlessly.
• Collaborate with design teams, supporting test planning and execution.
• Affiliate with system-level troubleshooting and verification in laboratory and field environments.

Requirements

• BS degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; four (4) years of related experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.
• Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools supporting hardware/software integration.
• Experience supporting requirements development, interface definition, system verification, and validation activities.
• Experience integrating complex hardware and software components across laboratory, testbed, or vehicle environments.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques (SysML/UML).
• Experience analyzing system documentation, architecture artifacts, and interface control documents (ICDs).
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation.
