Solve The Problems Other Engineers Escalate GEM Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys solving difficult technical problems and taking ownership of them through resolution. This is a hands-on senior infrastructure position, not a management role or traditional help desk position. You will be one of the technical resources our team and clients rely on for complex infrastructure issues, production incidents, escalations, migrations and projects across multiple client environments.
