Responsibilities
- Test method development, design of experiments (DoE), and data analysis with Python coding capability.
- Digital output acquisition from sensors and data analysis.
- Test‑bed development and execution of hands‑on testing protocols.
- Developing comprehensive testing plans and authoring detailed technical reports.
- Managing the defect lifecycle: collection, documentation, and summarization for development partners.
- Applying intensive and diversified knowledge of design principles, practices, and implementation in complex systems.
- Generating design concepts, participating in design reviews, and conducting development and testing to assess performance against specifications.
- Reliability testing and assessment of system interactions.
- Making independent decisions and assisting in the development of manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshooting issues to determine root cause and propose engineering solutions.
Skills
- Risk and requirement management.
- Technical writing (protocols, reports, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience with complex systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, or Software preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in FDA or FAA regulated environments is a strong plus; medical device industry experience is ideal.
