THE WORK
Lockheed Martin has been embedded with the USSTRATCOM Nuclear Mission for 30+ years and has a track record of bringing innovative mission software solutions to this domain. Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking engineers to support our USSTRATCOM software teams which create Planning and Command and Control (C2) capabilities as part of the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) in a DevSecOps environment. In this role, you will help our team create modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community.
In this role, you will work with an agile team that implements the stories and backlog items you help define based on interactions with the USSTRATCOM mission stakeholders.
Desired Skills
- Agile experience using Atlassian Tools
- Usage of MBSE / Modeling Tools (Cameo and SysML preferred)
- USSTRATCOM mission insight (Intel, Planning, or C2)
- Engineering experience with AFNWC SMPES, MPAS, NPES Systems
