SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER - MIS

Position Summary

The Senior Systems Engineer manages Microsoft Domains, Windows Servers, and other critical enterprise-level systems. They maintain virtual machines and physical servers, work with Cloud technologies and SaaS solutions. The role requires exceptional communications and customer service skills, proactive approach, focus on continuous improvement, strong technical problem-solving abilities, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Azure and Office 365. They take ownership of issues, work independently, escalate problems when necessary, find creative solutions, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex computer concepts to users with varying levels of expertise.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technical field OR 4 years equivalent relevant or technical job experience.

• Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience focused on one or more of the following: Microsoft Domain, SCCM, Intune, Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, VMWare, Citrix, other cloud technologies, and/or SaaS solutions.

• Required Registration/License/Certification: Active advanced or expert certification related to systems, (servers, virtualization, VDI, cloud services, Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot, SCCM, or other technologies).

• Preferred Education: N/A

• Preferred Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience focused on one or more of the following: Microsoft Domain, SCCM, Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, VMWare, Citrix, other cloud technologies, and/or SaaS solutions.

• Microsoft MSCE and advanced certifications in any of the following technologies: Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Azure, Physical Storage, or Cloud certifications.
