Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
- Structure and lead design programs for lithography product lines.
- Work closely with matrixed engineers to develop system models and subsystem requirements, ensuring clear design specifications and well-defined test/success criteria for both hardware and software engineering groups.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Unit leaders to scope and develop products that increase differentiation and competitive edge.
- Oversee projects from concept development through product release.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience developing complex electro-mechanical systems with sophisticated software controls, preferably in the manufacture of advanced semiconductor capital fab equipment.
- MS or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong background in system design, development, and successful project management.
- Demonstrated success in bringing projects from concept through introduction to manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of advanced project management skills with a track record of meeting both schedule and specifications.
Qualifications
- High-level expertise in at least one of the following engineering disciplines and familiarity with at least two others: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Dynamic Systems Control, Optical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with systems operations, electro-mechanical motion-controlled systems, and development of large modules from complex sub-assemblies.
- Proficiency in precision design, alignment, and optics at the micron scale.
- Strong knowledge of systems integrated and calibrated using embedded metrology.
- Demonstrated understanding of interactions between complex systems, including opto-mechanical interfaces, stepper/linear/servo motors (control, heat generation, material strength, stress, and strain), controls and measurements, precision mechanisms, timing diagrams, and latency identification, isolation, diagnosis, and resolution.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $115,200.00 – $172,800.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications. Additional rewards include annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
