Senior Systems Engineer

About the role

Assist in the design and implementation of physical security for Fidelity Properties. Work within the Security Technology Team. Understand security business function and how hardware/software systems protect sites.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Security Technology Team
• Understand security business function and how hardware/software systems protect sites
• Hands-on system integration experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions, continuous integration/deployment, and cloud architecture
• Aptitude for learning new technologies
• Experience using business requirements to develop technical designs and define architectural strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience (preferred)
• 5+ years of technology experience in software solution implementation and integration
• Experience with physical security, including video surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems

Qualifications

• Experience using business requirements to develop technical designs and define architectural strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
