About the role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will define system architecture and requirements, lead integration activities, and ensure system performance aligns with product objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical efforts and solve complex system-level challenges. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is part of the Systems Engineering team located in Loveland, Colorado. This is an on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Define system architecture and requirements
- Decompose system requirements and allocate targets
- Perform system modeling and analysis
- Drive root cause analysis and risk management
- Support cross-functional tradeoff decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 5+ years systems engineering experience
- Experience with requirements and system integration
- Demonstrated experience in root cause investigation and problem analysis
- Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation
- Ability to travel – up to 10% travel, overnight
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
- Model-based systems engineering
- Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins
Pay
The annual salary range is $92,500-$120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
