Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise software applications.
- Serve as a lead developer and subject matter expert for financial business applications.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the SDLC.
- Review application architecture and recommend technical improvements.
- Support Quality Assurance activities from development through production deployment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and best practices.
- Develop technical documentation and system design artifacts.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and application modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL programming.
- Experience developing and maintaining software supporting complex financial business processes.
- Strong analytical and systems analysis skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Education
