Senior Systems Analyst, Investor Engagement

Job Summary

The Investor Engagement team supports Wellington's global investors in equity, fixed income, multi-asset, alternative investments, and hedge funds. A Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in trade lifecycle management is needed to join this team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with investment professionals to provide support and solutions.
• Respond to functional, data, and technical questions about trade lifecycle management tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions for the tools.
• Manage production bridges to resolve significant systems and data issues.
• Communicate clearly with both end-users and technical teams.
• Maintain high service levels in this critical support area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience in global capital markets.
• Experience with CRD, Murex, or similar OMS platforms for real-time portfolio analytics, P&L, and exposure.
• SQL proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and advanced investment data concepts.
• Hands-on experience with investment professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, business-critical environment.

Pay

$65 - 75 per hour
