Senior Systems Administrator – Endpoint Management

Role: Senior Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Responsibilities Lead endpoint management for federal clients by designing, deploying, and optimizing MECM/Intune environments.Automate software distribution and patching to maintain secure, compliant workstations across large enterprises.Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and network teams to modernize government IT infrastructure.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and document standards for endpoint management processes.Mentor junior engineers and support migration initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Contribute to innovative, mission-critical digital services within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Intune.Strong understanding of enterprise endpoint management, security, and compliance standards.Experience in automating software deployment and patch management.Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and document procedures clearly.Effective mentorship and collaboration skills.Knowledge of government IT modernization initiatives and digital service delivery.
