About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory and related Microsoft infrastructure services, including user, group, computer, security policy, authentication, and directory services management
- Manage and support 150+ virtual servers in a Microsoft Hyper-V environment, including virtual machine administration, host and cluster support, performance monitoring, patching coordination, storage connectivity, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Manage backup and recovery operations using Veeam and Druva, including protection of on-premises and cloud-based systems, backup job monitoring, restore testing, retention compliance, recovery documentation, and support for disaster recovery readiness
- Work closely with the global IT team to support network, server, storage, security, and infrastructure projects; coordinate with vendors as needed; and provide escalation support for business-critical systems and users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education, certifications, and infrastructure experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience supporting business-critical server, directory, virtualization, backup, storage, network, and security services
- Minimum 5 years of administering Microsoft Active Directory, including users, groups, computers, security policies, authentication, and directory services
- Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Hyper-V virtual server environments, including VMs, hosts, clusters, performance monitoring, patching, storage connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing backup/recovery operations for on-premises and cloud-based systems, including monitoring, restore testing, retention, documentation, and disaster recovery readiness
Qualifications
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft server, Azure, or identity management
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and Druva backup platforms
- Experience supporting Hyper-V clusters, SAN storage using Dell hardware and SAN with enterprise virtualization environments
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V, and backup/recovery technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
