Senior System Integration and Test Engineer (Onsite)

About the role

In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to enhance mission survivability. We are seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Software Integration Lab environment as well as fly on aircraft in support of flight tests.
• Perform system level integration of new hardware and software.
• Work with embedded computing systems.
• Work with RF components/systems and software defined radios.
• Support government sponsored flight tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 to 8+ years of work experience or equivalent experience.
• Hold an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
• Experience with government sponsored flight/field tests.
• Experience working with embedded computing platforms.
• Experience working with RF components/systems and software defined radios.
• Software programming language knowledge (C++, Python, Matlab).

Qualifications

• M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance and eligible to acquire SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance.
• Work experience with Electronic Warfare programs.
• Flying certifications (Water Survival, Class 3 Physical, Physiological).

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Schedule

This position requires consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role. Work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
