We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. We have: - Intro about company: Iridium description, mission, etc. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and company. But we have "What We’re Looking For:" and then description of role. Also "What You’ll Do:" responsibilities. "What You’ll Need to Succeed:" qualifications/requirements. "Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:" nice-to-have skills. Also "We’ll also need you to:" travel, citizenship, office days. Also "Work Environment:" description. Also "Additional Information" includes base pay range, benefits, etc. Also "Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD". Also benefits described. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include company overview and role summary. Could combine intro and "What We’re Looking For:" maybe. - Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do:" bullet list. - Requirements: from "What You’ll Need to Succeed:" bullet list (must-have). Also maybe include citizenship, travel, office days as requirements? Could be separate but we can include under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe education and experience? Could be part of Requirements. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include based on content. We have specific content for: - About the role: company description and role overview. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: must-have qualifications (education, experience, clearance, citizenship, travel, office days). - Skills: nice-to-have (experience with space vehicle subsystems, tools, programming languages, etc.) - Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, parental leave, etc. - Pay: base pay range $120k-$160k, plus stock and bonus mention. - Schedule: office requirement: work at least 4 days a week, travel up to 10%. Also maybe hybrid work policy. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is "Iridium is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that. Also "Additional Information" maybe not needed if we captured details elsewhere. But we need to preserve substantive info: base pay range, benefits, etc. The "Additional Information" paragraph includes base pay range and benefits; we will capture those under Pay and Benefits sections. The rest of that paragraph about job description not comprehensive etc is boilerplate; we can drop. We also need to drop duplicated lines. Now craft sections. About the role: combine company overview and role summary. Prose: Iridium is an award-winning satellite communications company operating the world's only truly global voice and data network, delivering reliable connectivity anywhere on Earth. For more than 20 years, Iridium has powered mission-critical communications for governments, businesses, aviation, maritime, and the rapidly expanding Internet of Things. Now part of Iridium, Aireon is the world’s only space-based air traffic surveillance system, providing real-time visibility of aircraft over oceans, the poles, and remote regions. Together, Iridium and Aireon are helping build a safer, more connected, and more efficient future for global aviation. Join our team and help shape how the world stays connected. We foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where employees are empowered to innovate, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact. What We’re Looking For: If you are an experienced systems engineer with a background in space systems architecture and design, and have at least 8 years of experience, you will be excited about the Senior Systems Engineer opening with Iridium on our SDA (Space Development Agency) Project. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for identifying and autonomously implementing ideas and solutions as it relates to the design and development of core ground system components, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful mission outcomes. In this role, you will focus primarily on the architecture and integration of Mission Planning, Flight Dynamics, Ground Entry Point Management, and Fleet Operations Monitoring. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy tackling complex challenges and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position requires an active/current Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active). We could put that as About the role (including role overview). Or we could split: About the role = company overview; Responsibilities = What You’ll Do; Requirements = What You’ll Need to Succeed + clearance etc; Skills = Things That Would be Great; Benefits = benefits; Pay = base pay range + stock/bonus; Schedule = office days + travel. Let's decide. About the role: company overview + role summary (What We’re Looking For). That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do list. Requirements: What You’ll Need to Succeed list (education, experience, AGILE, communication, etc.) plus clearance, citizenship, travel, office days? Actually travel and office days are in "We’ll also need you to:" and Work Environment. Could be part of Requirements or Schedule. Since we have Schedule section for office days and travel, we can put those there. But we also have clearance requirement which is a requirement. So Requirements: education, experience, AGILE, tools familiarity, communication skills, relationship building, problem solving, creativity, proactive knowledge sharing. Also clearance requirement. Skills: nice-to-have list (space vehicle subsystems, hardware/software life cycle, orbital mechanics, modeling/simulations, programming languages, networking protocols, Atlassian suite, JIRA, R4J, Confluence, Joint interface control officer background, Link-16 processes). Benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan options; paid time off and paid holidays; paid parental leave; other discounts and perks. Pay: Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD; actual compensation based on factors; base salary only part; eligible for company stock and annual bonus. Schedule: Work Environment: office setting, largely sedentary, use basic office equipment; Under Iridium’s Hybrid Work Policy, employees expected to work at least four days per week (approximately 80%) in an Iridium office; travel up to 10%; also mention ability to work in office at least 4 days a week. We need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract each piece. From posting: Company overview paragraph (first paragraph). Then "What We’re Looking For:" paragraph. Then "What You’ll Do:" list of responsibilities (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll convert each sentence to

  • . Then "What You’ll Need to Succeed:" list of requirements (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll convert each to
  • . Then "Things That Would be Great if You Brought to the Table:" list (nice-to-have). Convert to
  • . Then "We’ll also need you to:" list: travel up to 10%; be a U.S. Citizen; able to work in the office at least 4 days a week to foster collaboration. Then "Work Environment:" paragraph describing office setting, sedentary, basic office equipment, belief in-person connection drives innovation, hybrid work policy expecting at least four days per week. Then "Additional Information" paragraph: job description not comprehensive etc (boilerplate). Then "Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors and this range represents an estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Base salary is only one part of our compensation package for this role. You may also be eligible for company stock and annual bonus. Employee benefits also include medical, dental, and dental and vision insurance coverage; 401(k) retirement plan options; paid time off and paid holidays; paid parental leave; and other discounts and perks." Then EEO statement (remove). We need to ensure we don't duplicate info: The hybrid work policy and office days appear both in "We’ll also need you to:" and Work Environment. We'll combine. Now produce HTML. We'll start with

    About the role

    then

containing company overview + What We’re Looking For prose (maybe two paragraphs). Could combine into one

but better to keep as separate

for readability but still okay. Use

    for prose. Then

    Responsibilities

      with each duty as
    • . Then

      Requirements

        with each must-have. Then

        Skills

          with nice-to-have. Then

          Benefits

            with benefits. Then

            Pay

            with pay details. Then

            Schedule

with schedule details (office days, travel, work environment). Make sure not to include any empty sections. Now extract each bullet. Responsibilities list from "What You’ll Do:": - Be responsible for providing technical expertise for various components within a satellite ground system, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and performance at the system level - Develop and maintain system-level architecture and design documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements, industry standards, and best practices - Independently perform requirements analysis, definition, decomposition, and management for Space and Ground Segments - Collaborate with system architects and project managers to define system-level requirements, establish technical baselines, and track performance metrics throughout the integration process - Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for system design and development activities, identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and implementing risk mitigation strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and network engineers, to ensure seamless design, integration, and interoperability of system components - Conduct required system analysis (functional & performance), interface definition, and detailed trade studies, analyzing multiple data sources to respond to frequent, complex, and high impact situations - Support the program technical team in major reviews such as: Systems Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), Critical Design Review (CDR), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Operations Readiness Review (ORR) - Support the coordination and delivery of multiple or complex technical assignments designed with end goals in mind, including managing shifting priorities - Work independently to ensure that projects meet technical performance targets, deliver quality results, and activities are well-designed and meet overall project objectives That's 10 items. Requirements list from "What You’ll Need to Succeed:": - Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree - 8+ years of relevant experience in the Satellite Operations and/or Ground Segment Development industry areas - Strong knowledge of system engineering methodologies and AGILE processes - Strong familiarity with tools and software applications that support system engineering best practices - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues clearly and confidently, and recognize and adapt to
